It is deficult to link to a public wave. #833

When I'm going to like to a wave it can either be to 
https://wave.google.com/a/masteringwave.com/#restored:search:with%253Apublic,res
tored:wave:googlewave.com%252Fw%252BY8qcRhaND or to 
https://wave.google.com/wave/#restored:search:with%253Apublic,restored:wave:goog
lewave.com%252Fw%252BY8qcRhaND depending on if the user is using wave for his 
domain.

Is there a way to make wave links easier to create, so it works for all.
