blip.above and blip.below #836

At the moment there seems to be no way to see if a blip is a reply to another 
blip unless the reply blip is indented (then you can use blip.parent). A 
blip.above method that returns the blip directly above the blip you use the 
method on would help to remedy this situation (and would be handy for other 
tasks too). blip.below would be the reverse, to find the blip directly below 
the current blip.
