Please enable Ogg Audio Attachments be Played by a Gadget or a blip #867

We generate audio files on our voice server wish to upload them to a wave where 
they will be accessible to that wave's participants, to be played in a gadget 
or through buttons or links which a robot adds in blips. We understand that the 
Ogg files are being served with the wrong Mime type which means browsers cannot 
play them.
