I have experienced that the QUEST server does not handle more than a thousand of submitted jobs.

Moreover, if you plan to use a bot for multiple submission, you must keep in mind to insert a delay between the QUEST client calls (e.g.: add a "sleep" of 1sec before).

Patch added with release 14.5.c

I hope to finally fix it with the newer release 14.6.a. Keep in touch...
