This adds info about possible error due to ocaml version differences. Also clarifies installation instructions

@dcosson not sure. He has other builds so maybe vagrant=2.48.3 would pick the correct one? Also, will you be updating the gem on rubygems so users can vagrant plugin install vagrant-unison2 the newest version?
