Remove the "cover image" from the form entry - instead make that an option on edit->Manage Cover Image #14

You might not have the book when you enter it, and the cover image picture
is problematic sometimes. A better approach would be to make the Edit-
>Manage Cover Image screen have an option to take a picture for the cover,
and then users can enter with the form, and then EDIT to set whatever
properties they want, including cover image (and books added other ways can
also use the cover image picture).

Just to clarify this, my current plan is to actually get RID of the little
camera
thingy I wrote (currently on the enter form page) and instead add another
button to
the Edit->Manage Cover Image page to allow user to select any image from the
gallery
(and possibly SD card). That way we can leverage the built in camera, and user
can go
snap 5-10 pics, then come back into BookWorm and edit any title.

thats a good idea, instead of add, snap pic, add more, snap more user can snap a
bunch and sit and enter books.

Got through 98% of this today (Sun 4-11). Still have some final testing to do,
but
this is a nice feature, and it cleans up the UI (same for form for enter and
edit,
each with ability to select image from gallery), and it will eliminate FC on
some
devices where camera SurfaceView causing problems.
