German translation not optimal.... #50

Just downloaded 1.0.7
I think I need to switch my phone to English. Usually feels much saner ;-)

On a more serious note:
"Sparen" -> "Speichern"
"Verwalten Sie Buch Einband Kunst" > "Titelbild bearbeiten"
"Bearbeiten Buch Detailliert" -> Buchdetails editieren"
"Gegenstand" -> "Genre"
"Bearbeiten Buch" -> Buch bearbeiten"
"Aktuelle Cover Image" -> "Aktuelles Titelbild"
"Vorzüge" -> "Einstellungen"
"Ermöglichen Sie Spritzer" -> "Startbild"
"Aktivieren Sie die Debug..." -> "Debug Funktion"
"Buchen Sie Datenversorger" -> "Datenquelle"
"Buchen Sie Decke Bildnis Ver..." -> "Umschlagquelle"
"Stellen Sie Decke Kunst Nach" -> "Umschlagbilder neu laden"

In the sort options:
"Lesen Sie den Status" -> "Lesestatus"

Sorry about that. I used Google Translate and I knew this would come up, but 
it's a 
start. We'll get it right ;).  

I'll change the things you noted. But if you wouldn't mind it would also be 
great if 
you could just look at (and or update) the German resource file. If you compare 
it to 
the English you can see what I am *trying* to say, and correct it. Files are 
attached.
