I do not know how to code, how can I do it to succeed in the manipulation?

The procedure is not that complicated after all. Now the problem is to convert to 40khz. Do you have an idea ?

@lvbeethoven you can open an audio file in Audacity, change the project sample rate to 40khz (bottom left-most drop-down in the interface), and then export to WAV.
