Ask dialog can "disappear" from user. #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run a script with a ask in it.
2. Open another application over top of the script kickoff

What is the expected output? 

All ask dialogs should be visible when presented.

What do you see instead?

The ask dialogs fall between the new application and script kickoff task.
