Site is so slow #106

Use web workers for KDF, encryption and decryption.

I'm using Scramble as my main email client, so I feel your pain.

This summer's been very busy, but I've now had a chance to look into the performance problems.

I find it's particularly slow generating encryption keys for a new account in the Tor Browser Bundle, but fine if you use a regular browser. Not sure why that is.

I believe that the tor browser disables the JIT to reduce the attack surface of the JavaScript engine.
