We should also figure out whether this means RFC 3156 integration, or whether existing PGP clients support other protocols.

@jaekwon found that RFC3156 specifies multiple ways to do things, including some that are complicated. (For example: having multipart mime boundaries and headers and stuff inside the encrypted message.)

We'll test the existing PGP clients---Enigmail, Mailvelope, and so on---to see what their actual behavior is.

Finally revisited this! Using Keybase.io instead of pgp.mit.edu since the former actually works
