That means

Letting someone enter a public key manually in the Contacts pane for a non-Scramble email address.

and, later on,

Automatically looking up emails from the MIT key server and suggesting them. (The user must accept manually---because the MIT key server is a central source for PGP public keys, it is somewhat dangerous to trust.)

We should also figure out whether this means RFC 3156 integration, or whether existing PGP clients support other protocols.

@jaekwon found that RFC3156 specifies multiple ways to do things, including some that are complicated. (For example: having multipart mime boundaries and headers and stuff inside the encrypted message.)

We'll test the existing PGP clients---Enigmail, Mailvelope, and so on---to see what their actual behavior is.

Finally revisited this! Using Keybase.io instead of pgp.mit.edu since the former actually works
