Description Discussion about GUID creation, related to DEMO GUIDs for TOPMed (https://github.com/dcppc/dcppc-deliverables/issues/58)

• This breakout will start with ~45 min of presentation/discussion on the latest version of the GUID Services document: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Ug-druVDEnZSDZIBeouvg3gbrBpSr9zaoxfjnNQLZaQ/edit#heading=h.jlrg6grsl2qa
• The rest of the breakout will discuss GUIDs in APIs, how to achieve one GUID for shared resources, and shared GUID resolvers, and will talk about work needed for Demo 5M.2 (dcppc/dcppc-deliverables#58)

Target audience KC2, particularly Sodium and full stacks (Helium, Calcium and Xenon)
