update catering limits #3

catering limits differ from personal reimbursement limits (cc @awz)

Rayna - I'm lost regarding what I can do with this information. Presumably I should make sure that Curii stays within these limits on any direct costs for the grant. Is there anything else?

This was just an FYI. It took me a few months to learn that the daily travel allowance for meals was different than the limits for catered meals.
