Breakout group organization #7

After lunch, we will have a 30-minute breakout organization session. It will work like this:

  1. all participants will write potential topics on post-it notes and place them on a whiteboard
  2. then we will cluster related post-it notes into potential breakout groups
  3. attendees will self-assort into small groups to discuss specific topics
  4. groups will disperse
  5. each breakout group will record notes in a google doc
  6. report back at the end of the day

note: attendees are always free to switch between breakout groups, full stack hacks, or other CoFest groups if the topic does not align with your interest or expertise

The "recording their location and topic in a new issue" is new and feels like a lot of overhead. Could you share the thought process behind this one?

Steps 5 & 6 are nearly identical. Should 5 be "record in gDoc" and 6 be "report back at EOD"?
