TopMed Identifier Dump #1

We would like a dump of all of the TopMed identifiers in this format.

Can you please provide clarification about what you mean? How do the identifiers you’re interested in relate to what’s described in Section VII-C (dbGaP identifiers) of the TOPMed white paper?
