Suppress author when using \textcite #54

The behaviour of \textcite is to include the author in the citation. Since the author is also printed in the running text, this is redundant. Consider removing it. Obviously this should handle editor and translator fields as well.

Note that changing this would deport from the standard biblatex verbose styles. So maybe it should be an option.

It turns out the SBL does not recommend doing this.
