Add support for Bible translations in RTL languages #82

There are a few issues in rendering Bibles in RTL languages. This issue will track them.

Only support babel with lualatex.
Require: \usepackage[bidi=basic, layout=lists]{babel}.
Normal text seems to work alright.

Issues to be fixed:

[x] The reference is pushed to the next line following inner environments even if there is space when the direction of the language in the quote is different from the language of the surrounding text.
