It would be great if you could pull in some of the fixes.

Updated default port
Improved documentation
Basic support for Sphinx 1.10-beta
Basic support for Sphinx 2.0.3

I also integrated two other branches with useful fixes.

The 1.10 / 2.0.3 support does not enable any new features, but it enables people to easily use newer versions of Sphinx, which does offer some great features like an improved ranking algorithm.
