Add new ExternalSite table (future: migrate Store => ExternalSite)
Add Review table
Add WhiskyAdvocate scraper (future: capture data within ExternalSite to know what has and hasn't been scraped)
Add BottleAlias to materialize identified bottle names (future: enable UI to view/move bottles)
