Special case naming for SMWS #141

Its a pretty big name and they distribute a lot of bottles. Lets put some first-class support in.

  1. Ensure names are normalized (this is partially done, removing Cask No. from the name, but still not great)
  2. Ensure distilleries, when known, are always bound to the known distiller
  3. Ensure distillers are exposed somewhere - probably on the bottle list
