Add some kind of vintage

I was trying to avoid vintage information, but there's a need, at least, for a release date.

They're not quite the same thing, but release date could also fill the need for vintage year.

Ok here's a path forward:

• Add vintage information (year)
• Split non vintage from vintage bottles - basically prioritize non-vintages in search/etc

This will give us the best of both worlds.

Some more quick thoughts - likely some overlapping tickets:

• Add back vintageYear
• Add back caskType
• Add back abv
• Add releaseDate

Anything without the vintatge will be considered part of the core. Things like cask number/etc are not relevant enough to put into core metadata. Those can be kept in tasting notes and/or an extra field when you add to collection.

• fill type
• cask type
• seasoning
