cURL error 28 (timeout) when adding Tumblr feed. #86

Attempting to add a Tumblr feed results in this error ...

There were errors with your request: Failed to open url: http://beak.cygnoir.net/rss (cURL error 28: connect() timed out!)

I access the RSS feed at this URL with no connection problems.
