v0.1.0 - initial release #20

This PR includes the initial functionality planned for the first release of DotTiled.

There is still a lot planned for future versions, but this should suffice as a starting point for early adopters and potential feedback. Any kind of feedback, suggestions, or even contributions are welcome!
