Separate option to set carrier based aircraft to runway/mid-air starts

as most of us know, the AI is absolutely rotten at navigating a stacked carrier deck. I suggest making a separate option in the settings to set carrier aircraft to hot/runway/mid-air starts, while being able to still keep land based aircraft cold start (or whichever start user prefers).

pros:

• dont have to worry anymore about dumb AI colliding up on deck and fouling it for the entire mission
• doesn't affect OCA/aircraft missions because later-activated flights dont even show up uncontrolled on deck.
• possibly slightly improves framerate as carrier decks wont be jam packed

cons:

• loses slight immersion from the chaos of jets taxiing on deck.
• possible stutters ingame with group activations

I don't expect any of those options to survive when turns are gone. They won't be needed because ATOs won't be nearly so compressed.

I still wouldn't mind it existing for carrier aircraft because one AI taxi screw up on deck ends things forever in the mission for anything on that carrier.

That's a symptom of overcrowded decks though, isn't it? It's not really a problem unless you're jamming all your flights to ASAP.

It can still happen when the autoplanner creates a package for the carrier with more than 4 aircraft in it.
