It would be nice to designate CAP zones over arbitrary locations, not just targets/bases. Allows for more flexible mission planning.

Basically requires designation of a point on the map and specification of a radius.

Probably less useful for OPFOR, but on player side can set up a CAP or two to cover ingress of multiple package routes, and then do not need to tie in multiple escorts for each package.

This would be useful, considering the sorry state of escorts in DCS.

waypoints are moveable now in the Liberation map. Closing this one out since that ability solves this problem.
