Generate campaign using last used settings #813

Sometimes, you'll generate a campaign only to find that you don't quite like the unit placement (too many SAMs, too few SAMs, not enough ships instead of oilrigs, etc) and you'd like to generate a new one with the current settings. At the moment, you have to do it all from scratch again. A way to generate a new campaign using the last used settings would be nice.

yes, indeed. would come in very handy.
