Integrate HARM radar code into kneeboard #965

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Integrate HARM radar code into F-16 and F/A-18's kneeboard for better use of the HARM.

This is something players need outside liberation as well, so anyone that uses these probably already has a kneeboard setup for the aircraft (I do for the F-16). Duplicating that sounds annoying IMO.

But what would be great would be including the codes for the target for DEAD and any threatening SAMs for SEAD. Including all of them is overkill, but mission specific stuff would be a huge help.

FWIW @Malakhit put in a request with ED to just add these kneeboards to the game so it's automatic for everyone. They said they'd pass along the idea, so the request as filed might be fixed by ED.
