Post a tracking event (TnT) #169

Hello, Do you plan to offer Post method for tracking event to be sent as part of TnT standard?

Idea is that a vendor (trucker, barge, rail operator etc.) can send to carrier arrival/departure or intermediate position events. Customer can send to carrier delivery receipt notification for example once he accepts the cargo. Edit: clarify send as send to ocean carrier

There will be no POST event as part of the T&T standard. The T&T standard is for commercial usage. To my knowledge there is no standardization of posting the events you mention above. Let me ask around and get back to you

Might be worth taking a look at https://app.swaggerhub.com/apis/dcsaorg/DCSA_EQL/1.0.0-Beta-1#/Gate/post-gate the input messages for TNT such as gate in/out should be under the equipment lifecycle API. It's in Beta though just sharing above as noticed your question when looking for an issue, hope it helps a little.
