What this does

Add A6 and Final Demo rubric
Outline requirements better to make them more clear
Add quick links for some docs to make things easier

What I need

I need some reviews from @dcsil/csc491-w20 ... this is a fairly substantial addition, but no new expectations have been added. The requirements are being outlined more clearly in the interest of making this more understandable for you all, and to make sure you can learn as much as possible in the process.

i wonder if the dynamic use cases section can be split up. are dynamic content and use cases related?

Call out requirement for linting

One thing when it comes to DevOps that might be interesting would be if we there's perhaps a set of metrics that we want to be reported as a slide in their presentation? That way the marking is consistent across each team.

@VMS-6511 can you dive into this a bit more? I'm not sure what metrics we'd want to ask for
