We want to focus on these four use cases as our main product requirements:

1. Uploading files onto our service
2. Sharing files with our service
3. How files can be viewed (external users) and edited (internal users)
4. Tracing viewing behavior of files (security).

We also need to consider other flows such as:

• How does a company manage who their employees are? Do IT sign up as admin and then add other users who are their employees?
• How do IT get notified of suspicious behavior? How do they control the settings aka what they deem is odd behavior?
• How does a file get updated? Is it similar to github where people working on a file just push their changes?

Should all internal users be able to 1) view and 2) edit files? Imo, the answer should be no. I think in practice there would be finer-grained access privileges, but maybe we can simplify it for the MVP.
