Hi everyone! While Ryan and I will be presenting, it will be great to get everyone's input on the slides.

Here is how you should structure and sequence your presentation.

Your startup (What is your company’s name? What is your tagline? Make sure to include your logo) Optional: Teaser Slide (If you want to present you tagline in a teaser, this is the place for it) Problem/Opportunity (What is the problem? How severe is the problem and the opportunity? A use-case or a storyboard would be ideal here) The Solution - Product/Service/Value Proposition (What are your products or services? How do they solve the problem identified above? What is the value you are bringing to the customer?) Optional: Your Magic Demo (Show mock-ups if you have created them) Business Model - NOT THE CANVAS (How do your products/services map to your value proposition? How do you make money? Discuss anything that is unique to your business model) Competitive Analysis (Who are your direct and indirect competitors? How will you differentiate yourself and attract your target customers? Make sure to elaborate what technology plays a critical role in giving you the competitive edge and differentiation?) Go-To-Market Plan (Explain your action plan that specifies how you will reach target customers and achieve competitive advantage.) Team - This is not an introduction session (What is the function of each team member and how do they contribute to making your venture successful? Do you have any advisors? What talents/skills are you missing?) Financial Projection - Keep this simple and clean - No cluttered graphs (What have you achieved so far? Cost Structure? Hiring Plan? When will the projections show profitability?) Current Status (What are your accomplishments so far? Where do you stand in your execution plan?)

The Slides should follow the order that is outlined here - and there should be no images/charts from other sources (i.e. we should be designing everything ourselves and on our theme, and also relevent to our project). I made several for the Business Plan Report, and they are included in the google drive.

@RyanMarten you made a great new Dreamtune logo :) :) can you please add that to the Google Drive !! It looked fantastic and we can use it as a Header on each slide

@RyanMarten is the colour scheme of the app as it is now what you intend it to be? just for when I start making graphics.

Please note, we can have multiple slides per topic / issue (but keeping within time restrictions). In my opinion, better to have multiple slides than cluttered/busy ones.

While in your presentation you will include below topics in the same sequence, the number of slides per topic can vary as you find it suitable.

All completed assignments are in the drive so we reference info from those.

@RyanMarten need an updated story board with the new logo and maybe some cleaner lines. let me know if i can help

can you make it have a transparent background ?

i've made a few different background / templates for the slides. If we can hop on and work on that it would be awesome

@RyanMarten also can i have higher quality PNGs of the dreamtune logo? I have this but it's pixelated when I expand it.

A good reference for design (uses Uber, AirBnb pitch decks)
