Allow users to star/unstar files from the 'My Files', 'Recent, and 'Starred' page #78

In this table, add a new column to the left (without a column heading) that contains a star icon. The star icon should be filled when a user has starred a file, and empty when the file is currently unstarred.

A user can click on that icon to toggle between starring and unstarring that file
