Only works for Admins #505

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update question response for non domain admins.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect non-domain admins to be able to update. Instead

What version of PWM are you using?
1.7.0

What ldap directory and version are you using?
Active Directory 2003 with schema extended to store responses.

Please paste any error log messages below:
5045 ERROR_WRITING_RESPONSES
ldap error writing response set INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS

I understand that this is a permissions issue, but I am unsure of where 
exactly. Any advice on how to diagnose would be greatly appreciated.

your questions on the general mailing list. The mailing list is open for a much 
broader audience.
