Helpdesk Password Reset Message Incorrect #617

It appears the "Password changed" message in the HelpDesk module is configured 
to use the wrong custom text value.

When changing a user's password in the Helpdesk module, the message shows: 
"Your password has been changed successfully." instead of: "Password for %1% 
has been set successfully.

Success_PasswordChange custom text was probably used instead of 
Success_PasswordReset.
