How to restrict users to Not having use the Last 6 Passwords. #651

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When user changes a Password using PWM, we wanted to make sure he does not use 
the same last 6 passwords.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

What version of PWM are you using?
1.7.1

What ldap directory and version are you using?

This cannot and will not be PWM's responsibility as PWM is not the 
authoritative source for authentication. It's the directory's responsibilities. 
For a select number of directories, I think support for password history is 
built into the nightly builds (not sure).

Next time, please ask this kind of questions on the forum/mailinglist.
