What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Alpha Centauri 
2. Wait until you see the Melnorme ship

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See capture
The IP icon for the melnorme ship flickers back and forth between normal and 4x 
larger.

This is a duplicate of issue 90. All Interplanetary ships need fixed 
meleeicons.ani files in lo-res (content/base) folder.
