Update DTM2BIM / IFCTerrain

DTM2BIM supports now the import of different file formats
- add UI (Revit)
- add GuiHandler class libary for redundant use of some user controler / support functions
- change backend from the different user controler
- relocate all file user controler
Following issuse need to be solved: #24, logging (file & gui)
