Call AvailableSugar after Control (in MBionomics?) #117

AvailableSugar should be called after Control, since it takes ATSBs into account.

Call it in MBionomics?

Ideally, it should be handled like Blood Feeding or Sugar Feeding,

AvailableSugar is now computed in Bionomics, which also calls MBionomics and LBionomics
