Issue 86 Rendering XPM comment for a null field throws exception in thymeleaf tag xpm:field #87

Issue-86 Updated XPMFieldProcessor to catch the IllegalArgumentException thrown by getXPath when field value is null and log a message. Also updated the logger to slf4j logger.
