Fix core count on Core 2 Quad Q8200, or when HTT is off for Intel processors #43

2 cores 4 threads isn't right for a processor that doesn't support htt

sadly the htt bit is assumed for the total thread count on intel platforms

L1 cache shared core count is OK (4x)
