Add Alt & other shortcut keys to install/update database and help buttons #4

New copy packet button can be activate by Alt+C, so for consistency it would be better to add similar options to the other buttons.

Additionally, accessing help via F1 would make the program more consistent.

Finally, could another shortcut, say F5 be used to install/update the database.

Will implement both Alt+H and F1 for help action

Will implement Alt+D for install/update database action, but not F5. F5 seems to different from its normal "refresh" action.
