"Size" #419

Change "size class" and "size" simply to "class". We've talked about doing this, and reviewers have noted that the idea of "class" is more general than "size". Then, in vignettes, help files, and user guide, explain clearly the role of "class" in the analysis, namely, that SE and CP models for different classes are fit separately. Different concept than "splits" or "predictors" (should change the name there too because we are not actually predicting anything, but estimating..."covariates" is better). Some ideas for classes...size, singed vs. unsinged, year (possibly).
