no need to link to the vignettes since they are command-line-ocentric.

Ok, so if no vignettes, what other docs need to be included here besides the User Guide?

i saw @ddalthorp 's note in #493 to add a statement about the command line offering more flexibility, but is there any other text or documents that should be included here?

for 0.2.0, we can put the User Guide (new version is close to ready), the technical manual, and ability to download the example data sets.
