v 0.2.9 update the deployment folder and include version in navbar #547

the deployment folder is now up-to-date with the main app version (scripts have been updated and www folder has been replaced with the new version sans pdfs and zips and with new logo)

also the version number is now cleanly included in the navbar next to the logo as well as still in the window title
