Trial N for CP and SE results tables #601

Old issue, not sure it was resolved. Please add column for number of trial carcasses in each row of the output table for SE and CP results.

should not be too much trouble to add the carcass counts to splits tables.

With temporal splits, though, it will look a little funny because X is associated with when the carcass arrived rather than when it was observed, so those X's are probabilistic smears of carcasses into the times where they were likely to have arrived and not integer-valued. They sum to nice integers, though!

Yes, I thought of that and was wondering what it would look like. Maybe the “fuzz” is good – emphasizing to people the uncertainty of the exact arrival interval.
