Problem with PAUP* command block. #17

This is created without the closing parenthesis in the RMAT option parameter.

e.g.
BEGIN PAUP;
Lset base=(0.2822 0.2892 0.1525 ) nst=6  rmat=(1.0000 55.1750 1.0000 1.0000 
21.4512  rates=equal pinvar=0.6670;
END;

This, of course, creates problems when used in Paup*.
