I know was reported before, but there is no solution of it after they requested
the log.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Check the format using alter
2.Upload the file
3.Run the program

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Calculations instead I have an error

Do you have taxa names with length 1 or strange characters? That's a common
problem when ALTER doesn't find errors in the alignment. Otherwise, could you
please send me the data it is producing that error?

Hello Diego,
Thank you very much for your reply. Here is the file. But I think is a platform
issue, I was trying to run it in a Mac OS X 10.9.2. Then I run it in parallels
(Windows XP)the same file and works perfectly. For some reason it is not
running fine with the new OXS system.
Did you try the program in the new OS X system?
Muchas gracias

I guess it is a problem with the included PhyML binary, since the version for
OS X is a bit old. New binary will be included in the next release as soon as
possible :)

Could you please try the new PhyML binary for OS X? I attached it to this
issue, but it is available at the downloads section as well. It was compiled
using OS X 10.8.5
