Raxml-ng template parameter #15

Hi Diego,

you provide a very useful parameter --template. Unfortunately, it does not support raxml-ng yet (or does raxml correspond to raxml-ng?)

Is it possible to add it?

 Hi Benoit,Actually it is not needed a template, because every model in ModelTest-NG is supported by RAxML-NG.However, let me know if I'm wrong. Best, Diego.

Hi Diego,

I agree with Benoit here (and actually made the same suggestion a while ago), for a simple reason:

an average user would not know that ModelTest and RAxML-NG support exactly the same models, and would likely make assumption raxml=RAxML-NG (or simply not notice the difference).

So could you please add this template option anyways, even if it will be equivalent to not specifying the template?
