Commands:
  > phyml  -i 2.fas -m 012345 -f m -v 0 -a 0 -c 1 -o tlr
  > raxmlHPC-SSE3 -s 2.fas -c 1 -m GTRCATX -n EXEC_NAME -p PARSIMONY_SEED
  > raxml-ng --msa 2.fas --model GTR
  > paup -s 2.fas
  > iqtree -s 2.fas -m GTR+R4
