Fix AMZ labels #31

Fixes #30

Chose to fix actual labels instead of class index file to allow for an easier transition for existing solutions.

Hi Albert, thank you for taking the initiative and fixing the indices. Per se they weren't wrong, the documentation on our part just wasn't specific enough on which number the indices should start at, but I'll accept it as all other data sets use zero-based indexing and update the instructions to be clearer.
